NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT FOR ROUTE TO SUCCESS, INC

I/We understand and acknowledge that the information provided to me/us and received by Buyer(s) and/or Prospect(s) is confidential and should be treated as such providing confidentiality to both the Sellers and to Route To Success, Inc. I/we further agree not to disclose any information received from this website to a third party for any purpose whatsoever. I/We understand that Route To Success, Inc. and the Sellers would suffer financially from any breach of this agreement, and that I/we will be held liable for any and all damages that are suffered by Route To Success, Inc. or the Sellers. I/We do hereby agree to comply with the following terms and conditions of this Non-Disclosure Agreement by Route To Success, Inc. and its website: www.Commercialroutesforsale.com. 

I/We will not disclose to any person, entity, or third party any routes listing information contained within the www.Commercialroutesforsale.com website or specific to the Route Listing on RTS website as described

(1) I/We understand and acknowledge that all facts, figures and other information advertised through RTS has been provided to Route To Success, Inc. by the Owner, and that Route To Success, Inc. has relied upon the Owner's representations of such facts, figures and other information to potential purchasers, without making an investigation into the accuracy of such representations by Owner. Since information is not warranted by Route To Success, Inc., I/we as purchaser(s) or potential purchaser(s) do hereby agree to save, hold harmless and indemnify Route To Success, Inc. its owners and employees, successors and assigns, against any and all claims, demands, causes of actions, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees arising out of or related to any purchase or attempted purchase of any Route Business listed with Route to Success, Inc. and advertised on www.Commercialroutesforsale.com

(2) I/We understand that Route To Success, Inc. receives a Finder’s Fee from the Seller, and shall not directly or indirectly induce a sale with any seller that the finder (RTS) has introduced to any seller and/or buyer listing for a period of 2 (two) years. It is further agreed that Route To Success Inc. is appointed the escrow agent and shall hold any and all down payments or deposits for any purchase of any Route Business or listing which was introduced to Buyer (Prospect) by Route To Success, Inc.

(3) I/We understand that I/we as Buyer(s) cannot under any circumstances directly negotiate the sale price with the Seller. All negotiations will be handled by the assigned Route To Success, Inc. Broker of record. Should I/we violate compliance with the above rules, I/we do hereby agree to be responsible for all Seller's fees, including commission, as well as any and all damages suffered by Route To Success, Inc. due to a breach of this agreement including all attorney’s fees, court fees and any other expenses incurred by Route to Success, Inc. to enforce the terms of this Non-Disclosure Agreement. Should I/we violate compliance with the above rules after making a deposit in good faith, I/we will forfeit my/our deposit to help repair the damages suffered by Route to Success, Inc., however said damages shall not be limited to said deposit. I/we also acknowledge that Route To Success, Inc. has introduced Buyer to Seller and/or Sellers. 

(4) By submitting this Non-Disclosure Agreement, I/we am/are submitting my/our electronic signature as a legally binding agreement between myself and/or the corporation and Route To Success, Inc.
